• Guest Program is only available once in a lifetime and offers potential members the ability to enjoy unlimited Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Bocce Ball, Fitness, Dining, and a full calendar of Social activities.​​​

Social Club Membership (Required for all homeowners)

• Activation Fee: $15,000 (payable following COE)
• ​​​​​​​Monthly Dues (Social/HOA): $1,806 (Includes HOA Fee of $1,148, $358 Social Membership + $300 Capital assessment for Clubhouse renovation)

ABOUT THE INDIAN WELLS COMMUNITY

It is nestled below the Santa Rosa mountains between Palm Desert and La Quinta. It has several great hotels and spas, along with 4 great country clubs.

​​​​​​​The city hosts the sixth-largest tennis tournament in the world, the Indian Wells Masters tennis tournament, presently known as the BNP Paribas Open.

​​​​​​​ Indian Wells’ first golf courses were opened in the 1950s at the Eldorado Country Club and the Indian Wells Country Club. In1957, Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball brought Hollywood to town when they developed the Indian Wells Hotel on Hwy 111. ​​​​​​​
