The Club recently completed a 2-year $24 million dollar reconstruction of its Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Turnaround (halfway) Cafe, as well as additional restrooms on the courses. The club has spent over $5 Million on the courses over the last 5 years, is in pristine condition, and is well-known and respected in the valley.
This membership is a great way to explore Palm Desert's finest Country Club and is available to new Members under the age of 55 years. It includes the use of two championship golf courses and practice facilities, 9 tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, dining, and all Club social events and activities. The initiation fee is one-third of the equity golf membership and dues are half of equity golf dues until the Member reaches age 55 provided the Initiation Fee payment schedule is fulfilled within the first 4 years of enrollment. At age 55 the membership may be converted to a Proprietary Golf Membership.

A private – equity club with 2 golf courses. South Course plays 7256 yards from the tips and has no homes on the course. It is rated 6th in the Valley of the Top Ten. North Course plays 6060 yards, and has no homes on the front nine.
The new Fitness Center has 10,000 square feet with new Precor and Paramount equipment. There are also free weights, stretching table as well as an aerobic room for yoga, pilates, body sculpting, all managed by certified fitness instructors
South Course was Est. 1973
Wide fairways, but a very long course (7236 from the tips). This course sits high above the desert floor and has some wonderful views. Tif dwarf greens.
