Woodhaven Country Club
The Woodhaven Country Club is a semi-private country club that is considered one of the best hidden gems in the desert. The golf course was designed with gentle rolling slopes, narrow fairways, with spectacular mountain views throughout the 18 holes.
The Woodhaven Country Club signature hole is the photogenic No. 6, a Par 3, measuring 165 yards from the back and 118 yards from the forward tees, all carry over water. Offering golfers an experience that is ‘Fun, Fast, and at a Fair Price’, Woodhaven is a must-play while visiting the Coachella Valley. Whether you are playing golf or looking to book an event, you’ll see what makes this community such a special place.
Located in the heart of Palm Desert, Woodhaven has something to offer everyone. From the plush fairways and finely manicured greens to the pristine lakes and gorgeous waterfalls, it’s no wonder so many people have enjoyed calling this place home.
With rounds of golf that typically take less than four hours, there is no doubt Woodhaven is a “MUST PLAY” while in the Coachella Valley. Built in 1984 and designed by Harold Heers, the course features 18 Holes on a Par 70 Bermuda Grass course. It is 5794 yards long with a slope of 118 and a rating of 67.1
Woodhaven Country Club Tennis Center is a public facility that offers seven tennis courts, four with lights, four pickle ball courts, a pro shop, racquet stringing service, and a certified coaching staff.
What makes Woodhaven different from other clubs? Our players are a mixture of Woodhaven homeowners, renters, local players, vacationers, snowbirds, and guests. Everyone is welcome! Tennis memberships are available for a month or year. Our online tennis booking system makes it easy to book a court or program that fits your schedule. And best of all, our rates are some of the most generous in the valley.
At Woodhaven, we offer socials, private and group lessons, an extensive junior program, clinics and much more. Players range in abilities from beginners to elite. Our programs are designed to be fun, active, and informative. Come join us and take your game to the next level!
The Clubhouse features 7 Tennis Courts, 4 Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, a Billiard Room, Paddle Tennis and Recreation and Meeting Rooms. Woodhaven is a proud OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award winner and features two dining options, Mulligans and The Vista Lounge.
