Experts are saying we can expect continuing supply chain problems and continuing low supply of homes across the whole U.S. The issue is exacerbated in the Desert as we are also seeing an influx of buyers wanting to an exodus from urban areas. Some of these people are buying second homes, but many of them are making the desert their full-time home.
